Let's get to it!
Notion Mail Leaked: Email is Coming to Notion
Can you feel it? There's a buzz in the air about Notion Mail! Rumor has it that Notion might soon roll out its very own email app. Some users are speculating it could be similar to Spark or other productivity-focused mail apps, but deeply integrated with Notion’s workspace.
Here’s what we know so far:
It could wrap around existing tools like Gmail (or be something new)
It could offer encrypted email options (with Notion’s acquisition of Skiff)
Early leaks suggest we might see something as soon as October
Whether it’s a full-fledged email client or a seamless integration with existing services, one thing is for sure—Notion Mail could completely change the way we handle communication and tasks in our workspace. Stay tuned, and prepare to be amazed!
New: Add External Links to Notion Buttons
A sleek new way to add external links in your Notion workspace has arrived! You can now add visually appealing buttons to link out to external websites.
This feature works for both your internal docs and external Notion Sites, making your pages look much more professional and organized. It’s perfect for creating landing pages or guiding people to important external resources. One click, and your link opens!
Check Devices Logged Into Your Account
Notion is leveling up security with a new feature that lets you see every device currently logged into your account. Now you can easily check your active sessions and even log out remotely if needed.
Just head to Settings -> My Account and you’ll have full control over where your Notion workspace is accessed. It’s a simple but powerful way to stay secure across all your devices.
Speed Boost: Databases Now 15% Faster
Notion databases just got faster—15% faster, to be exact! Whether you’re managing complex projects or tracking personal goals, this update means you’ll spend less time waiting and more time doing. This is all part of Notion’s ongoing mission to make your workspace as smooth as possible.
That's all for today!
I’d love to hear your thoughts on Notion Mail—are you as excited as I am? And if you’re looking forward to the upcoming templates for freelancers and agencies, don’t worry, they’re coming very soon!
As always, feel free to reply to this email if you want to chat. 😊
