I want this newsletter to be more actionable, with content that you can learn from.

I'll also continue sharing top and fresh Notion templates (free & premium).
By the way, I'm preparing some great surprises for you that I'll share in the coming days, so make sure to put that email in your main inbox. 😁
Tips: Speeding up Notion
Having a speedy Notion experience is like having a turboboost for your productivity. That’s why I’ve listed the best tips to never experience a slow Notion again.
Here are my top 3 tricks that I use daily to make Notion quick:
Use the desktop app. It's much faster than using Notion in your web browser.
Use toggles to hide content or even databases. This can help with readability and reduce loading time.
Limit the number of rows that load in database views to 10 or 25. This way, fewer data loads and your Notion pages are faster.
These tips can significantly enhance your workflow and productivity. And there is more on the How to make Notion faster article I wrote.
Insight: Notion for marketing
Notion recently published a super interesting blog post about how their marketing team uses Notion. As a marketer myself, this naturally piqued my curiosity.
Here are 3 things I've taken away:
Notion's marketing team uses a shared OS to connect department work to company initiatives, for effective knowledge sharing and transparency.
Notion utilizes individual Teamspaces for each sub-team, like Product Marketing and Social Media, to organize work and foster collaboration.
Templates are used extensively by each team, and Notion's AI capabilities are used to generate messaging ideas and extract key learnings.
I found this article very useful, as it showcases practical use cases for Notion in a real-world business setting. Here is the link if you want to read the entire article.
Free template: Simple CRM
For this week, I'm sharing a free template I created a while ago that continues to receive great feedback.
It's a simple CRM that will help you nurture your client relationships, manage deals and have a clean sales pipeline. You can get it for free, find the link below:
Premium template: Task & project management system
Most project management systems on Notion are pretty basic - tasks within projects, you know the stuff. But if you need more granularity and organization options, there aren’t lots of ready-made templates out there.
That's why we created this advanced project management system.
This template lets you organize your projects and tasks with a unique structure. It's very useful for structuring your activity by organizing your projects and tasks within areas and topics.
If you're looking for an advanced project management system that you can use solo or in a team, you should check this one out.
That’s it for today!
Thanks for reading to the end, friends 🙏
I'd love to know what you think of this new format, and if you have any feedback for me. Feel free to reply to this email or simply use the comment section. I’ll ready everything!
In the coming weeks, you can expect even more with video tutorials, new free templates, and a few very cool announcements.
Till our next newsletter rendezvous, keep exploring, keep Notioning, and as always, feel free to hit me up if you have any questions. ✌️

I have the exact opposite experience with the Mac App! It is frequently much slower than using Notion in the Chrome browser - could be my Mac though ...
